Q: "Do you guys offer Pick up & Delivery? "
A: Yes, we pick up & deliver all throughout Los Angeles & Ventura Counties as well as Palm Springs for a small fee.
Q: "Is it worth it to refinish/repair my patio furniture set or should I just buy new?"
A: A good rule of thumb, if the patio furniture you have has lasted 10 or more years, chances are it’s worth “reviving”! Feel free send us digital images to ”sales@patiorevival.com” and we will tell you very honestly if your set is worth the effort. The reason we’re in business is to save people money by “bringing your patio furniture back to life!” With complete Refinishing & Repair services on average costing about 1/3 the price of buying that same or a very similar set “New”.
-brands that are worth reviving:
Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Mallin, Homecrest, Woodard, OW Lee, Hanamint, Alu-Mont, Gloster, Cast Classics, Castelle, & more!
Q: "How long does it take for you to bring my patio furniture back to life?"
A: While there many types of services that we offer, typically jobs can average between 2-3 weeks for “re-strapping”, “re-slinging” or “re-upholstery” depending on quantities & materials availability.
Complete Refinishing jobs which include sand blasting & powder coating can add 2 weeks on average. Please contact us prior to pick up and we can give you a better idea of how long the job will take. Note jobs can take much longer to process during peak “Summer” season. “Rush jobs” may be available during off-season “Winter” months.
Q: ”My furniture is currently white, can I make it black?”
A: Part of our refinishing service includes “sandblasting” which is a process that takes furniture down to the bare metal allowing it to be powder coated with any color you can think of! One big advantage to reviving your patio furniture is that you can pick & choose what you like!
Q: "How long will my furniture last after you Powder Coat It?"
A: This answer is complicated, but it depends on factors such as: type of metal (aluminum, cast, or steel), craftsmanship, climate, & use! Patio furniture in a commercial setting or in coastal climates may only last up to 10 years. However, inland areas, covered patios, and residential use patio sets can sometimes last up to 20 years! Again, it varies by furniture type but we’ve seen 30 year old Brown Jordan furniture come in with paint still holding up to the elements!
Q: "Do you come out to give free estimates?"
A: Yes, with minimum order or prior phone conversation.
Q: "Do you make Sunbrella cushions?"
A: yes, we make OEM Sunbrella replacement cushions as well as custom cushions for just about any application. We come out to measure & identify your furniture as well as show you fabric color choices, by appointment only.
Q: "How can I choose colors?"
A: check out our “colors“ tab on our website or if we know what type of furniture you have prior to pick up, we will come out with necessary sample swatches for you to choose from.
Q: "Do you clean & seal Teak?"
A: No.
Q: "Do you repair Wicker?"
A: No.
Q: "Do you also sell patio furniture?"
A: We only sell vintage-refurbished items & custom made items and on any given month have between 20-50 pieces available for purchase. Note: we also design & fabricate custom patio furniture.
Q: "Do you replace glass?"
A: We prefer no to, but if we have the table in-house we can give you an estimate to replace the old piece.
